This position is charged with understanding the pulse of VHFA's workforce and bringing programs, policies, issues and opportunities to Executive Management so that VHFA can remain one of the best places to work in Vermont. The Director of Human Resources and Administration will need to work closely with managers to continually improve management skills and coach individual staff as needed. This position will administer all aspects of the Agency’s benefits, compensation, recruitment, training and performance evaluation, and onboarding and departing staff needs.
