Housing leaders statewide have partnered to host a full-day Housing Summit on Wednesday, October 13 in Arlington. Municipal officials, housing developers, nonprofits, legislators and anyone having an interest in supporting the development of quality housing is encouraged to attended. 

VHFA will join representatives from the Department of Housing and Community Development, Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, the Bennington County Regional Commission and other experts to share case studies drawn from Vermont communities and best practices to promote affordable housing development.

The summit will take place from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM at Arlington Commons, 3960 VT Route 7A in Arlington. The $15 registration fee includes lunch. More information and an agenda is available on the event flyer

To attend, complete the registration form  and return it to Allison Strohl at the Bennington County Regional Commission at [email protected] (subject line: “Housing Summit”) or via mail to BCRC / Housing Summit - 210 South Street—Suite 6 - Bennington, VT 05201. The registration payment can be made via check (made out to BCRC) or paid at the door.

Participants must register no later than October 6.
