Mia Watson (she/her) is VHFA’s Special Programs Manager. She oversees VHFA's Weatherization Repayment Assistance Program (WRAP) and other new energy finance initiatives, as well as supporting new capital formation for the Agency's Vermont Housing Investment Fund. Mia was previously a researcher at VHFA and has been an author on many agency publications, including the 2020 Vermont Housing Needs Assessment. She has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Vermont.
