Pre-applications are required for Ceiling Credits, Bond Credits, and State Rental Credits. For a pre-application, please contact [email protected] prior to the due date to arrange a pre-application meeting and site visit, and to submit the following materials:
- Option agreement or other evidence of site control
- Site plan
- Preliminary building plans
- Evidence of compatibility with zoning
- Draft Multifamily Rental Pro Forma (or at minimum the Assumptions tab)
- Ceiling Credit applications only: Evaluation Criteria Summary Sheet
