Ms. Aborn conducted the project in consultation with VHFA's Seth Leonard and Leslie Black-Plumeau in 2023. The report provides information on the capacity, composition, and condition of PHA’s housing portfolios and identification of the opportunities for PHAs’ housing portfolios in the future.
