Executive Director Maura Collins announced that Nate Lantieri (he/him) of Burlington has joined VHFA in the role of Research Coordinator.
Why Vermont needs 30,000-40,000 more homes
Earlier this year VHFA projected a need for 30,000-40,000 more homes by 2030. These projections are based on data from the U.S. Census Bureau and from the Vermont Point-In-Time Count of people experiencing homelessness.They are also based on common assumptions about the drivers of Vermont’s housing needs, such as the ideal vacancy rate among the state’s housing stock.
Jamee Robinson joins VHFA as Director of Human Resources and Administration
Executive Director Maura Collins announced that Jamee Robinson (she/her) of Jericho has joined VHFA in the role of Director of Human Resources and Administration.
Robinson has 17 years working for Fluor at the IBM/GlobalFoundries plant in a series of progressively more advanced roles, most recently as the Site Manager. In this role she oversaw all aspects of managing 30 employees, including managing their invoice & payroll processing, all their human resources functions, account reconciliation, and audits.
