Heidi has been in mortgage lending since 1991 and is a licensed Certified Mortgage Professional.
She was the founding loan officer of Spruce Mortgage in 1995 and currently serves as Secretary of the company. Since that time, she and her team have been the top producers at Spruce.
The COTS Housing Resource Center (HRC) is moving to 294 N. Winooski Ave., Burlington, on Nov. 1.

The HRC will be closed from Friday, Oct. 29 through Wednesday, Nov. 3. During that time, families and individuals can apply for back rent or security deposit assistance at Community Action’s Housing Assistance Program at 191 North St.
HRC will re-open Thursday, Nov. 4 at its new address.

The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) will receive nearly $1 million in the form is a Sustainable Communities Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
Shelley Poticha, Director of HUD's Office of Sustainable Housing and Communities Department, notifed CCRPC Executive Director Charles Baker of the grant decision last week.
VHFA is one of many partners in the $995,000 grant.
The Agency will receive $75,000 to perform contract work for the county, including producing a Chittenden County housing needs assessment and analysis of impediments to fair housing report, and providing policy advice for communities.
Last week, Vermont joined other states in examining complaints some mortgage firms have engaged in questionable practices during foreclosure proceedings.
At the center of the investigation is "robo-signing," when mortgage service employees with no knowledge of a particular case sign foreclosure documents.
Thomas Candon, Banking Commissioner at the Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration and a VHFA Commissioner, said his office hasn't received any complaints regarding this practice.
He added some companies under investigation are active in Vermont.
