Now through the Vermont Statewide Housing Conference, Nov. 18, we’re spotlighting speakers planning to participate in the day’s bevy of workshops. Next up: Heidi Hayward Urish, Spruce Mortgage.

Heidi has been in mortgage lending since 1991 and is a licensed Certified Mortgage Professional.

The COTS Housing Resource Center (HRC) is moving to 294 N. Winooski Ave., Burlington, on Nov. 1.
