VHFA Executive Director Sarah Carpenter appeared last night in a segment on WCAX-TV Channel 3 about Wharf Lane Apartments in Burlington.
The 37-unit affordable housing complex is home to 46 people. It might lose its affordable designation if the owner sells the property.
