Vermont topped the list of a recent WalletHub survey as the most energy efficient state in the U.S., reported the National Mortgage Professional (NMP) yesterday.
To understand more about the relationship between energy efficiency and home sales, NMP interviewed VHFA’s Maura Collins and other officials from the Green Mountain State. Collins pointed out the role of the state’s building code in promoting energy efficiency in newly constructed homes.
