From September 10-13th, the National Community Land Trust Network will hold its 2012 National Community Land Trust Conference in Burlington, Vermont. Hosted by Champlain Housing Trust (CHT), the theme of this year’s conference is Transforming Communities through Innovation and Collaboration.
148 rental units in Burlington’s south end will remain affordable in the long run thanks to its upcoming purchase by Champlain Housing Trust.
VHFA provided a loan and federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits when South Meadow was initially developed in the 1980s.
