We're pleased to welcome Michelle Packard as the newest member of VHFA's Finance Department. Michelle was recently named our new Financial Analyst.
She's been working in the Agency's Homeownership Department on a temporary basis for two months. Before that she spent nearly two decades as Treasurer for Summit Financial Center, a Burlington mortgage company.
"We're pleased to welcome Michelle as a full-time employee," says Executive Director Sarah Carpenter. "She's impressed us over the last couple months with her hard work and attention to detail in the Homeownership Department, and we're confident she'll be a great addition to the Agency's Finance Department."
Michelle holds a B.A. in Business Economics earned at the University of California at Santa Barbara.
