Todd Litman of the Victoria Transport Policy Institute (VTPI) of Victoria, BC, Canada, will be the first expert speaker in the "Environment, Community, Opportunity, Sustainability" (ECOS) Speaker Series.
Todd's VTPI's founder and Executive Director. He's worked on numerous studies that evaluate transportation costs, benefits and innovations. His part of the team is currently working on the Transportation Study for Burlington's Downtown & Waterfront Plan.
VTPI is an independent research organization dedicated to developing solutions to transportation problems. Its research is among the most current available and has been widely applied.
Todd speaks July 13 at 7 p.m. at the Film House, Main Street Landing Performing Arts Center on the waterfront in Burlington.
