When compared to the rest of the country, Vermont has one of the highest rates of working from home, according to a recent report from U.S. PIRG. While the portion of Vermonters working from home increased, the state experienced a 15% decline in “vehicle miles traveled per person” since its peak year of 2003.

Vermont median household income remained unchanged in 2012
The median annual income level among all Vermont households in 2012 was $52,977, according to Census Bureau American Community Survey estimates released last week. This income level is not different in a statistically significant way from the state’s 2011 estimate, when expressed in 2012 dollars. Looking back fu
