Our friends at Champlain Housing Trust (CHT) in Burlington have published "Lands in Trust, Homes That Last."
The 62-page publication is a performance evaluation of CHT written by John Emmeus Davis of Burlington Associates in Community Development LLC and former CHT employee Alice Stokes.
"We hope this study will contribute to a much needed national dialogue on forward-looking, choice-enhancing housing solutions and encourage other communities to invest in permanently affordable housing solutions like the community land trust," CHT CEO Brenda Torpy writes in the preface.
