The Weatherization Repayment Assistance Program (WRAP) is a home weatherization program meant to make weatherization projects like insulation, air sealing, and heating systems more affordable for Vermonters. As of October 9, 2026, the program is no longer accepting new participants.
Homeowners with existing WRAP projects should contact their WRAP administrator with any questions.
