Interested in a home weatherization project? VHFA's on-bill weatherization financing program (WRAP) is offered through our Program Administrators at Vermont Gas Systems, Burlington Electric Department or Efficiency Vermont. They can help answer specific questions about whether your project may qualify for WRAP and discuss how to get started.
VHFA is available to answer general questions about the program, but homeowners and renters interested in participating will need to work with our Program Administrators.

If your home is serviced by Vermont Gas Systems (VGS), please visit their website or call (802) 863-4511.
If you are a Burlington Electric Department (BED) customer who is not a Vermont Gas Customer, please visit their website or call 802-865-7300.
For all other customers please visit Efficiency Vermont's website or call 1-888-921-5990.

The Vermont Homeowner Assistance Program (VHAP) is no longer accepting new applications or additional requests for assistance. If you need a referral to Vermont Legal Aid because you have been served with a notice of foreclosure or received a notice of tax sale, please call 1-800-889-2047 and choose option 2.
