VHFA has listed for sale a home at 20 Stowell St., St. Albans. The price for the four-bedroom, one-and-three-quarters bath house is $109,000, after a $76,000 grant.

VHFA staff begins its annual spring wellness program next week. This year, it's "The Five-Week Wellness Challenge," a progressive fitness program that encourages staff members to make small improvements to their health each week.
