Vermont State Housing Authority (VSHA) is seeking proposals, on behalf of the Vermont Coalition to End Homelessness (VCEH), from qualified applications to become the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Lead Agency to serve the Vermont Balance of State Continuum of Care geographic area.
