Our friends at the Vermont Affordable Housing Coalition (VAHC) have issued a press release regarding the latest "Out of Reach" report from the National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC).

The report shows Vermont is the 18th most expensive state in the nation for renters, and in the top 10 for most expensive rural areas.
