The Burlington Community and Economic Development Office (CEDO) is looking to hire a Housing Program Specialist.
The job is responsible for administering a variety of housing rehabilitation programs; and reporting, monitoring, record keeping, loan closing, marketing, and procurement for all City of Burlington housing programs.
Application deadline is Feb. 4.
The next Vermont Statewide Housing Conference will be held Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at the Hilton in downtown Burlington.

The house is one of many homes VHFA has for sale as part of the Housing Acquisition and Rehabilitation Program (HARP), where we purchase foreclosed properties from lenders, completely renovate them, and resell them to income-eligible Vermonters.
This 1900 Colonial home is considered "nearly new," considering the amount of renovations it's undergone.
