Last Tuesday, the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern Vermont (HBRA) held its annual meeting and awards.
Collin Frisbie (top) of Sterling Construction Inc. in South Burlington was named the 2010 T. Wayne Kondor Builder of the Year. Collin joined his father, Bart Frisbie, at the company in 2005. Bart is Vice President, as well as a VHFA Commissioner.
