April is Fair Housing Month and Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) is proud to announce that its very own Nate Lantieri, Research Coordinator, will be presenting as part of the Fair Housing Fridays series.
Join Nate as he presents, “Let’s Crunch the Numbers: Addressing the Vermont Housing Landscape,” this Friday, April 11 at 12:30PM on Zoom. During this insightful session, Nate will discuss the most recent Housing Needs Assessment (PDF) and what the collected data tells us about our statewide housing necessities. It is clear, from the report and other sources, that the shortage of affordable housing in Vermont will continue to have a deep impact on Vermonters who are already facing the challenges of securing decent housing. This presentation will identify some of the reasons behind the crisis and potential solutions.
