If your loan is serviced by VHFA, and you send your payments to our payment processing box in Dallas, TX, read more about more about payment options or call 1-855-582-0226.

A small number of loans are serviced by VHFA staff in our Burlington office. If you believe your loan is serviced directly by VHFA in Burlington, VT, please contact us at 1-800-339-5866.

Bank or Credit Union

Your VHFA loan may be serviced by the bank or credit union that originated your loan. In this case, contact them for information and questions about your loan.

U.S. Bank

If you bought your home with a VHFA loan since January 2009, your mortgage is likely serviced by U.S. Bank National Association. If U.S. Bank services your mortgage, please contact them directly at 1-800-365-7772 or visit www.usbank.com/mortgage/.

Want to refinance your VHFA loan?

VHFA does not offer refinance options. If you want to refinance your mortgage, you will need to contact a lending organization that offers refinance opportunities.

Vermont Homeowner Assistance Program

If you experienced a COVID-related hardship and are having trouble paying your mortgage or related expenses, you may be eligible for the Vermont Homeowner Assistance Program. In addition to mortgage payments, this program helps eligible homeowners with overdue property taxes, association fees and utility bills.
