The Vermont Department of Economic, Housing and Community Development (DEHCD) will hold a public hearing regarding the third phase of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
The hearing will be tomorrow from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Calvin Coolidge Conference Room, National Life Building, 1 National Life Drive in Montpelier.
NSP funds the Housing Acquisition and Rehabilitation Program (HARP) that allows VHFA to purchase foreclosed properties, renovate them, and resell them to income-eligible Vermonters using grants to assure the homes stay affordable in the future.
