Mark Westergard has become General Counsel for VHFA.
He has more than 20 years of experience as a bond lawyer for one of the largest law firms in the U.S., located in Texas.
He moved to the Green Mountain State three years ago, and has been working as a trial court law clerk for the State of Vermont for the past 18 months.
Mark will start at the Agency in March. He replaces outgoing General Counsel Elizabeth Mullikin Drake, who'll wrap up her eight-year tenure with VHFA this spring.
