Each is an interactive workshop taught by a certified housing counselor.
Learn what you need to know to be a smart, successful homebuyer in today's economy. Topics covered include budgeting, credit, and readiness to buy.
VHFA strongly recommends potential buyers attend a NeighborWorks HomeOwnership Center course such as these as part of the process of buying a first home.
The cost is $50 a person or $60 a couple, which includes lunch.
