The Democratic and Republican candidates for governor will attend a housing organization meeting later this month.
Senate President Pro Tem Peter Shumlin and Lieutenant Governor Brian Dubie will be at the joint meeting of the Vermont Coalition to End Homelessness and the Vermont Affordable Housing Coalition (VAHC) being held Sept. 22.
Each will address the meeting. Exact speaking times have yet to be determined.
The meeting will be held 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Baptist Fellowship Church, 1051 Rte. 66, Randolph. Off Exit 4 of I-89, head toward Randolph. (That's a right off the south-bound exit; a left off the north-bound.). At the bottom of Rte. 66 there's a flat stretch. The Randolph Animal Hospital is on the right at the end of the stretch; the church is the next right.
