We're pleased to announce Barry Zigas, Director of Housing Policy for Consumer Federation of America and Principal of Zigas and Associates LLC, will deliver the keynote at the 2010 Vermont Statewide Housing Conference.
Barry consults with foundations, non-profit organizations and others in the areas of strategy, policy development and program development. His clients have included the MacArthur Foundation, NeighborWorks America, the Ford Foundation, the National Housing Trust, Low Income Investment Fund and many others.
Before founding his business in 2006, Barry was Senior Vice President at Fannie Mae, where he led the corporation’s community lending initiatives, including specialized mortgage product development to increase homeownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income borrowers and underserved communities; investments in CDFIs; investments supporting homeownership education and counseling; and corporate and regulatory housing goals reporting.
