This form is only used to cancel a loan in process, see Terms below.  To change information for a loan that you want to stay in process, do not complete this form, send the details to [email protected].
CANCELLATION REQUEST (select as applicable)

Terms: Cancellation of the first mortgage may restrict a new reservation of funds for the borrower for up to 30 days.  Cancellation of ASSIST, First Generation and/or an MCC may result in updating the Program selection and a rate adjustment.  Refer to the VHFA Program and Procedural Guide for details.

  • Uniform Residential Loan Application
  • If applicable, First Generation Homebuyer Program Compliance Affidavit
