Common Application

The Common Application should be used for all development projects and may be submitted to Vermont Housing Finance Agency, Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, and the Vermont Community Development Program. 

All applicants must complete and return Section I, Parts 1, 2, and 3. Sections II through IV are specific to a single program or funding source. Applicants should download, complete and return any of these sections relevant to their development.

VHFA Application Schedule

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and approved at meetings of the VHFA Board of Commissioners, with the exception of Ceiling and State Housing Credits, which are awarded once per year. Applications for 4% Bond Credit projects without State Housing Credits, predevelopment, construction, and permanent loans are due as shown in the table below.
