The Common Application should be used for all development projects and may be submitted to Vermont Housing Finance Agency, Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, and the Vermont Community Development Program.
All applicants must complete and return Section I, Parts 1, 2, and 3. Sections II through IV are specific to a single program or funding source. Applicants should download, complete and return any of these sections relevant to their development.

VHFA Application Schedule
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and approved at meetings of the VHFA Board of Commissioners, except for Ceiling (9%) and State Rental Housing Credits, which are awarded once per year. Applications for 4% Bond Credit projects without State Rental Housing Credits, predevelopment, construction, and permanent loans are reviewed on a rolling basis.
