The Common Application is the standard application used for all development projects. It must be submitted to Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA), Vermont Housing and Conservation Board (VHCB), and the Vermont Community Development Program (VCDP).
Section I., Parts 1, 2, and 3 must be completed and submitted by all applicants to be considered.
Sections II. through IV. are specific to a single program or funding source. Applicants should complete and return any of these sections relevant to their development project in order to be considered.

VHFA Application Schedule
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and approved by the VHFA Board of Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meetings, except for Ceiling (9%) and State Rental Housing Credits, which are awarded once a year. Applications for 4% Bond Credit projects without State Rental Housing Credits, predevelopment, construction, and permanent loans are reviewed on a rolling basis.
