2024 Vermont Statewide Housing Conference Speaker

Olivia LaVecchia (she/her) works as a Community Development Underwriter at the Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA). She works with developers of subsidized affordable and middle-income housing to access financing, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit allocations, VHFA loans, and new VHFA lending programs. Before VHFA, Olivia’s work spanned local government, public policy advocacy, and print journalism. Olivia holds a Master’s degree in City Planning from the University of California-Berkeley, and lives next to Mt. Abe in Lincoln.
