VHFA's Seth Leonard elected Winooski’s mayor
Seth Leonard’s win in yesterday’s mayor’s race in Winooski was no surprise to his colleagues at VHFA. As the agency's Homeownership Outreach Coordinator since 2012, Seth has been effectively building partnerships and educating lenders and realtors about the vital tools VHFA offers homebuyers.
The opportunities created by his new role as Winooski mayor coupled with his continuous outreach across the state as VHFA's homeownership spokesperson seem fully consistent with Seth's personal philosophy: "To help as many people as you can, and make as big of a difference as your talents allow in people's lives".
