On June 23rd, the Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) Board of Commissioners awarded Vermont State Affordable Housing Tax Credits for 78 rental homes across the state. Sixty-nine existing apartments in Bennington, Brandon, Fairlee and St. Johnsbury will be renovated, and nine new apartments created in Fairlee.

Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) has issued a Request for Information from firms qualified to perform services to inform the Agency's design and implementation of its Solar for All Program (SFA). Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm (EDT), on July 11, 2025.
