We received word this afternoon that Realtors who attend three specific workshops at the Nov. 18 Vermont Statewide Housing Conference, along with the morning's keynote address by HUD Sec. Shaun Donovan, will earn five (5) continuing education credits.

To earn the credit, Realtors should attend: "Impacts of Mortgage Lending Changes," "Foreclosing on Vermont," and "Lending on Non-Single Family Home," along with the keynote.

Registrations for the Nov. 18 Vermont Statewide Housing Conference have been rolling in fast since news broke this week Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development Shaun Donovan will deliver our keynote.

Another change to report in VHFA's Finance Department: Renee Couture has accepted the new position of Financial Analyst/Compliance Specialist.

Renee joined VHFA in 2002 as an Administrative Assistant, and most recently held the position of Legal Coordinator.
