Ael Spier (she/her) joins VHFA as the Homeownership Operations Specialist. Ael previously worked at Keurig Dr Pepper for several years, working in various positions, and has gained a wide range of knowledge and experience that will benefit VHFA greatly.  

The Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA), the Vermont Economic Development Authority (VEDA), and the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD) are announcing the results of a new study they jointly commissioned that examines the potential of off-site home construction.  Off-site construction homes are built in factories, shipped, and assembled at the housing site by the manufacturer.

Stakeholders gathered in Montpelier at the Statehouse today to launch the Let's Build Homes initiative.

Tufts University graduate student Tin Skoric has been named the Spring 2025 Vermont Housing Fellow. The Vermont Housing Fellowship program is intended to provide the Fellow with valuable experience aiding their professional development. Mr. Skoric will receive a financial stipend to develop visualizations and data analysis regarding Vermont’s ever-changing housing market and the affordability of Vermont homes.
