Members of Champlain Housing Trust (CHT) re-elected VHFA Controller Tim Gutchell to the CHT Board of Directors. Tim was also selected Treasurer for the Board.

Yesterday we substantially beefed up the mapping capabilities of the Vermont Directory of Affordable Housing (DoARH).

The DoARH, part of the Vermont Housing Data Web site, is a searchable database of all subsidized rental housing in the state — 12,826 units at last count.

Merchants Bank and The Preservation Trust of Vermont have signed on as sponsors of the 2010 Vermont Statewide Housing Conference.

The conference is the largest housing event in the state, taking place every other year.
