VHFA welcomes Justin Barrows to the team! Justin started as a new Asset Management and Compliance Officer on July 9th.
Before joining VHFA, Justin worked for the Burlington Housing Authority where he was a Property Manager. In his work there he was responsible for 198 units. His work included performing physical inspections, monitoring monthly financials, documenting and negotiating lease violations, and working with community partners to keep the residents and property safe. Prior to that, Justin worked in the occupancy area where he performed annual tenant income certifications.
When Justin isn’t working, he spends his time camping, running, practicing and teaching yoga, and spending as much time as possible in the woods with his dogs and partner. VHFA is delighted to have him on the team.
