The 2026 Statewide Housing Conference is scheduled for November 18th at the Doubletree Conference Center in South Burlington, VT. This is the largest biennial housing-focused event in Vermont.
The conference attracts over 500 housing professionals from across the state and offers attendees access to a comprehensive range of topics like housing development, single family financing, affordable housing, housing policy, local planning for affordable housing, homelessness, and other housing-related topics.
Who should attend?
Affordable housing advocates, developers, policy makers, and others interested in Vermont’s affordable housing future should attend to gain deeper knowledge, network, and recharge as you work to improve Vermont’s housing future. Registration information, conference keynote speaker details, and information about other speakers and workshop topics will be posted later this spring on VHFA.ORG.
