Executive Director Maura Collins announced that Nate Lantieri (he/him) of Burlington has joined VHFA in the role of Research Coordinator.
Lantieri's experience conducting housing research started as a Community Development student at UVM, working on several projects in his Burlington community with the CDAE department, as well as through an internship with the Champlain Housing Trust in 2017. Prior to joining VHFA, Lantieri served as Resident Organizer with the Mobile Home Program (MHP) at the Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO). In this role, he managed CVOEO’s mobile home hotline, served as the main organizer of MHP’s civic engagement project, and drafted MHP’s legislative advocacy letters. Lantieri also served as co-chair of the VT Affordable Housing Coalition’s Manufactured Homes Subcommittee with VHFA's Director of Development Megan Roush.
"We are thrilled to have Nate join our team and excited about the data management skills and housing experience he brings to VHFA's research," remarked Collins.
