The Vermont chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA-VT) and the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI-VT), will host a design charrette session for Vermont communities on May 9, 2025. The charrette is designed to help communities that would benefit from pro bono input from architects, especially areas that have been hard-hit by flooding events in recent years, or in anticipation for other impacts of climate change.
Vermont nonprofits, municipalities, and community-based groups are invited to submit specific affordable housing projects in the early or conceptual stages for review. Up to 10 submissions will be accepted to present at the ACX Conference and Expo held in Burlington on May 9th.
