The Weatherization Repayment Assistance Program (WRAP) may help you pay for energy-saving home improvements over time with low-interest repayments and no upfront costs. WRAP can help homeowners and renters get the weatherization upgrades they need to save on monthly energy bills and manage costs for home energy improvements. Projects like insulation and air sealing, heat pumps, water heaters, and advanced wood heating systems are examples of the improvements that you may be eligible for. No credit check required.
