Clair Purcell is a first-time multi-family housing developer, focused on the Rutland region, where her husband grew up. Prior to attempting to solve a small part of Vermont's housing crisis, she worked as a strategist for Boston Consulting Group and founded startups in e-commerce and biotech. She continues to consult for startups and accelerators in biotech in the north eastern region.
