More than $14 million of economic aid funds have already been released to Vermont, less than 10 days after President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

The funds are directed to state and local agencies through the:

Stuart Offer, Wellness Educator with the YMCA, presented another lunchtime education session for VHFA staff.

"Facts and Fallacies of Food and Nutrition" was the topic.

Staff wellness is an ongoing initiative of the Agency's administration department.

VHFA has created a presence on Facebook.

Vermont Public Radio (VPR) aired a segment about VHFA's and VHCB's receiving $2.6 million from the MacArthur Foundation.
