VHFA Policy and Planning Manager Maura Collins will present highlights from the recently-published Vermont Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) to members of the Vermont Home Builders and Remodelers Association Developer's Council today.
Maura authored the report, along with VHFA Research Analyst Leslie Black-Plumeau, under contract by the Vermont Department of Economic, Housing and Community Development (DEHCD).

Fitch rates VHFA bond resolution A+
Fitch Ratings has rated VHFA's 1990 single-family housing bond resolution A+. The rating outlook is stable.
This is Fitch's initial rating for the program, which was created in 1990 and issued bonds for seven years, including Series 9-27.
Fitch expects to issue a full report on VHFA's single-family bond program this week.
