Later this month, Vermont Resident Service Coordinators will publish the VRSC Resident Service Coordinators Guide for Vermont.
The new guide will have something to offer new resident service coordinators, as well as those with more experience, including tips for documenting information about interactions, requests for assistance, specific incidents, or the refusal for a type of service. The guide lays out tips for creating documentation that is relevant to meeting the residents' needs without violating their privacy.
