VHFA has taken two big steps towards making housing more affordable in the Green Mountain State.

Five Vermont housing Web sites — Vermont Housing Data, the Vermont Housing Managers Association's site, Vermont Rental Codes, the Vermont Resident Services Coordinators site, and the Vermont Housing Awareness site-- were offline briefly this morning for maintenance.&nb

Yesterday, the Burlington Housing Authority acquired the Bobbin Mill Apartments. This acquisition preserved 51 Section 8 assisted apartments in Burlington.

Seth Leonard of Winooski has joined VHFA as Homeownership Outreach Coordinator.  He will be responsible for education and training, marketing of VHFA mortgage programs and program development.
