In light of expanded income and purchase price limits that went into effect last week for VHFA's home mortgage programs, Vermont Public Radio (VPR) took a closer look at VHFA's role in the single-family home lending market.

More Vermonters will be able to purchase homes using VHFA's mortgage programs thanks to newly increased income and purchase price limits put in place on November 1st, 2013.
In December of 2012, the Vermont Council on Homelessness approved Vermont’s Plan to End Homelessness. To make progress on the plan’s goal of expanding the capacity of programs to provide voluntary supportive servicese once households move into permanent housing, the Council is collecting information through on-line surveys from housing providers, clients, and tenants.
