From September 10-13th, the National Community Land Trust Network will hold its 2012 National Community Land Trust Conference in Burlington, Vermont. Hosted by Champlain Housing Trust (CHT), the theme of this year’s conference is Transforming Communities through Innovation and Collaboration.

After almost 20 years of dedicated service to VHFA’s finance department, Martha Fleming is retiring.
VHFA staff celebrated Martha with goodies and well wishes for the next phase of her life. CFO Tom Connors commented that “she has certainly seen many changes at the Agency and in the industry…. the place won’t be the same without Martha’s dry sense of humor.”
